Responsibilities
A Day in the Life as a Warehouse Team Leader:

• Lead, coach, and train a team of 15 to 20 material handlers to hit daily goals in receiving, order picking, safety, and productivity.

• Serve as the primary on-site decision-maker to resolve operational bottlenecks smoothly and professionally.

• Oversee inventory accuracy and execute regular cycle counts on warehouse stock.

• Manage daily dispatching for contract carriers, building positive working relationships with drivers and helpers.

• Partner with the Operations Manager to evaluate workflow metrics, refine delivery routes, and eliminate errors.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace compliant with operational standards.

Qualifications
