The Role

Seeking a skilled Net Suite Administrator & Inventory Control Manager to maintain ERP data integrity and oversee inventory accuracy across multiple production and warehousing sites. Position acts as the central coordinator between operational teams and the ERP environment, ensuring that all departments follow proper Net Suite workflows and timelines. The goal of this role is to uphold system accuracy, enforce process discipline, and maintain clear accountability across Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Finance.

Responsibilities
  • Net Suite Governance & Cross-Functional Oversight
  • Workflow Compliance:
    Monitor and validate transactional activity across operational departments to maintain system reliability and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Purchasing:
    Review open POs and confirm timely receiving, closures, and corrections.
  • Production:
    Ensure Work Orders and Assemblies reflect accurate yields, component consumption, and completion data.
  • Logistics:
    Confirm inventory allocation and shipment details are finalized to support timely invoicing.
  • Finance:
    Coordinate with Finance to review fulfillment and costing data for accurate financial reporting.
  • System Administration:
    Serve as the primary administrator for Net Suite Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Data Accuracy:
    Identify and resolve data issues, bottlenecks, and incomplete transactions to prevent downstream reporting errors.
  • Reporting:
    Build and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and performance metrics for leadership visibility into operations, production, and inventory health.
  • User Training:
    Create, update, and enforce consistent SOPs while providing user support and coaching to improve system usage.
Inventory Control & Traceability
  • Inventory Accuracy:
    Ensure digital inventory reflects physical stock levels through disciplined controls and oversight.
  • Traceability:
    Enforce proper lot tracking, expiration controls, and FIFO/FEFO practices to meet regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Variance Review:
    Lead root‑cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, including BOM issues, mis‑picks, incorrect adjustments, or unreported losses.
  • Reconciliation:
    Work with Production and Finance to reconcile raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to financial records on a recurring basis.
  • Audit & Cycle Counts:
    Design and oversee a cycle count program executed by warehouse staff to validate inventory accuracy and improve system alignment.
Warehouse & Operations Alignment
  • Operational Sync:
    Partner with warehouse leadership to ensure receiving, staging, picking, and shipping processes follow Net Suite requirements.
  • Process Improvement:
    Use data to identify inefficiencies and recommend operational or system enhancements that improve accuracy and throughput.
  • Compliance:
    Maintain high-level oversight of facility compliance related to quality, safety, and industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of Net Suite ERP experience in a manufacturing or product‑based environment.
  • 4+ years of warehouse supervision or warehouse operations leadership.
  • Strong background in inventory control, production processes, or supply chain execution.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and traceability in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, multi‑department environments.
  • Deep understanding of BOMs, manufacturing flows, warehouse operations, and lot tracking.
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP reporting tools.
  • Effective communication skills; bilingual abilities a plus.
  • Ability to train, lead, and support warehouse and production teams.
Preferred
  • Net Suite certifications (Administrator, Suite Foundation, or related).
  • Experience with WMS/RF systems, EDI integrations, CRM tools, or 3PL environments.
  • Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, or similar quality/safety frameworks.
