Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) – Sally Beauty

Your role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers and helping them through their beauty journey across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Sally Beauty will provide training; you bring your passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Work with a range of schedules and hours to suit individual needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipments or boxes.
• Work around moving carts or machines; may occasionally involve exposure to irritant chemicals.
