Therapist – Physical Therapy PD Days at AHMC Health Care

Position involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Aides.

• Provides physical therapy evaluations to patients under physician referral.
• Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Provides supervision and direction for Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) and Rehab Aide.
• Reports to Senior Physical Therapist and/or Physical Therapy Manager and/or Director of Rehabilitation.

• Bachelor of Science graduate of a School/Program in Physical Therapy approved by the APTA.
• California licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Physical Therapy Board of California.
• BCLS required (AHA).
• Preferred:
  Can work for both acute and rehab settings.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
