Based in East Los Angeles and serving youth across L.A. County, we provide free and low-cost tennis programs to children and families in underserved neighborhoods where access to quality sports programming is limited. We serve kids as young as 6 years old through teens and even multi-generational families, offering not just STEM based tennis instruction but also mentorship, life skills, and wellness education.

Our programs emphasize inclusion, joy, and equity — ensuring that every child, regardless of background or income, has a safe place to play, grow, and belong. Whether we’re setting up short courts at a park with no tennis facilities or hosting STEM-based tennis workshops, everything we do is about youth development using tennis and fitness as a tool to inspire dreams and build futures — one serve at a time.

Are you looking to combine your passion for Tennis and travel experiences with your customer service skills? Love Set Match  Tennis Foundation is looking for experienced social media experts to join our Support team in Los Angeles.

You'll manage social media inquiries on the various platforms and channels that Love Set Match  Tennis serves. You'll ensure that the social media experience is elevated through rapid response times, personalization, and reaching the best possible outcome every time. You will act as the voice of the organization and are always thinking about how to get ahead of the supporters needs rather than just resolving them.

You will help with outreach using platforms like You Tube and Instagram as we develop new channels to share the great work of our organization.

• Manage social media inquiries on the organization’s platforms with rapid response times and personalized interactions.
• Act as the voice of Love Set Match , anticipating supporters’ needs and driving positive outcomes.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies on emerging channels (e.g., You Tube, Instagram) as we expand our presence and share the organization’s work.

• Experience as a social media expert with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work with initiative and without micromanagement.
