Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a valid CA Journeyman Electrician License.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with Commercial Service and Maintenance.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Bilingual ( English & Spanish )
- Flexible to be able to work customer directed schedule when needed.
- Strong safety record
- Detail and goal oriented
- Troubleshooting Skills
- Familiarity with electrical systems from 120/240 single phase through 480v three phase.
- Data, fire alarm and control familiarity are a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a willingness to adapt to any situation.
- Familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to various ways of communicating with the customer

- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code and electrical theory.
- Must have ability to adapt to various working environments and make decisions based on industry best practices.
- Understand materials specific to various work environments for sight specific installations.
- Proficient skills in reading project drawings, submittals, and layout.
- Possess adaptive electrical construction skillset
- Develop, build, and maintain exceptional customer relationships through dedication, efficiency, and determination.
- Assist InPwr Inc. management and customer with design changes to the original scope of work.
- Work with InPwr Inc. management to estimate field change order work.
- Track and document change order and time & material work.
- Maintain up to date as-built drawings and assist CAD department with design changes.
- Maintain flexible approach to onsite design changes
- Positively identify color of wires.
- Comprehends reading and drawing prints and schematics.
- Bend conduit by hand with hand benders.
- Must use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches.
- Capable of digging trenches, either by use of hand tools or power equipment.
- Operate equipment, trenchers, backhoe, lift in safe manner.
- Practices and comprehends safe work procedures per Company policy.
- Operate two- (2) handed tools/ equipment cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, and jack hammers.
- Operate company trucks with manual and automatic transmission.
- Reads and interprets maps, instructional manuals, specifications, work site directions, blueprints, and written instructions.
- Operate and work from mechanical personnel lifts (electrical or gas powered).
- Work on energized circuits and equipment with company management approval as outlined in Health and Safety Program.
- Complete Equipment Training
- Complete OSHA 30
- Complete all Safety Certifications
