Maintenance‑Skilled Craftsman FT Variable
Job Summary — This role maintains accurate logs on all equipment in the hospital and provides a safe working environment. Maintains and repairs equipment including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Maintains the building and related systems.
Certified and/or licensed in a specific trade directly related to healthcare engineering.
Qualifications & Experience- Five (5) years of experience in an acute healthcare setting (preferred).
- Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blueprints.
- Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade relative to healthcare engineering (e.g., steam boiler, HVAC).
- High school or vocational school graduate (preferred).
