• Valid CA Journeyman Electrician License.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience with Commercial Service and Maintenance.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish).
• Flexible to work customer‑directed schedule when needed.
• Strong safety record; detail and goal oriented.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with electrical systems from 120/240 V single‑phase through 480 V three‑phase.
• Knowledge of data, fire alarm, and control systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a willingness to adapt to any situation.
• Positive "Can Do!" attitude, self‑motivated, strong work ethic, team player, and commitment to continual personal and professional growth.

• Apply the National Electrical Code and electrical theory to field work.
• Adapt to various working environments and make decisions based on industry best practices.
• Understand materials specific to various work environments for site‑specific installations.
• Read project drawings, submittals, and layout plans.
• Assist management and customers with design changes to scope of work.
• Work with management to estimate field change‑order work.
• Track and document change order and time‑and‑material work.
• Maintain up‑to‑date as‑built drawings and assist CAD department with design changes.
• Maintain a flexible approach to on‑site design changes.

• Work at sites with all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow).
• Use construction site sanitary facilities (Porta‑Johns).
• Carry personal tools (approximately 30 lbs.).
• Work on all types of ladders and potentially relocate ladders up to 12 ft alone.
• Perform repetitive movements: bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, and reach overhead.
• Lift up to 51 lb.
• Operate heavy equipment such as trenchers, backhoes, lifts, and trucks with manual/automatic transmissions.
• Work safely on energized circuits and equipment under company approval.
