* ACT is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Accounting team as an Accounts Payable Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include reviewing invoices, processing payments, managing credits, preparing checks, and maintaining accounts payable records.

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
• Prepare and route trouble reports for invoices lacking documentation and track resolution using the DMS workflow application.
• Process credits and follow up on past‑due invoices.
• After balancing check run report, print and obtain signatures on all AP checks.
• Mail or distribute signed checks as required.
• Answer all vendor inquiries.
• Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate AP files.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• High level of proficiency with accounting software programs.
