• Excellent attention to detail, with strong mathematical and analytical skills relevant to calculating and reconciling customer estimates, and processing data for management analysis.
• 1-3 years in the collision business with estimating systems experience (CCC). Full understanding of vehicle functions as they relate to crash dynamics with the ability to articulate with customers and insurance adjusters. Manufacturer training is a plus but not required.
• 1 year required of Auto estimating.
• Oversee disassembly process.
• Maintain repair plan accuracy.
