Job Title: Program/Contract Manager - KEY

Location(s): Monterey, CA

Hours: Regular Full-Time

Salary Range: $130k/yr - $155k/yr

Clearance Requirements

This position requires a current and active Secret Clearance at the time of application.

What you will be doing:

The program/contract manager or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract. The program/contract manager or alternate shall be available between during regular business hours  and during off-duty hours for maintenance and emergency conditions as needed. The person in this position manages the overall contract onsite. All sections report to this position.

The administrative aspects of the contract are managed by this position. This person ensures the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting the deliverables. This person handles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.

Position Requirements

Experience:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience

Education:

• BA/BS from an accredited college or university
• AA/AS with 7+ years experience.

Certifications:

• Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
• PMP Certification required.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.
