Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Net Suite Administrator & Inventory Control Manager to oversee ERP system integrity and inventory accuracy across two food manufacturing facilities. This role serves as the central point of control for our system’s data, bridging the gap between physical warehouse activities and digital records. The primary objective of this position is to ensure cross‑functional accountability, ensuring that all departments—Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and Finance—execute their respective Net Suite workflows accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Net Suite Governance & Cross‑Functional Accountability
    • Departmental Workflow Enforcement:
Monitor and validate transaction life cycles across all operational departments to ensure system health and business continuity.
    • Purchasing:
Audit open Purchase Orders to ensure timely receipt and closure.
    • Production:
Verify that Work Orders and Assemblies are completed with accurate yield data and material usage.
    • Logistics:
Ensure inventory allocation is finalized promptly to facilitate invoicing by Accounts Receivable.
    • Finance:
Collaborate to validate fulfillment data, ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
  • System Administration:
Manage day‑to‑day Net Suite operations, functioning as the primary administrator for Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Data Maintenance:
Proactively identify and correct data entry errors, unclosed transactions, and workflow bottlenecks to prevent downstream reporting issues.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
Develop and maintain dashboards, saved searches, and different metrics to provide leadership with real‑time visibility into operational performance and inventory status.
  • User Support & Standardization:
Establish and enforce SOPs for Net Suite usage; provide training to staff to minimize user error.
Inventory Control & Traceability Management
  • Inventory Integrity:
Serve as the primary owner of inventory data accuracy, ensuring that Net Suite records precisely reflect physical stock levels at all times.
  • Traceability Compliance:
Strictly enforce lot tracking, expiration date management, and FIFO/FEFO protocols to ensure full compliance with food safety standards and recall readiness.
  • Variance Analysis:
Lead investigations into inventory discrepancies. Identify root causes—such as BOM inaccuracies, mis‑picks, or unreported scrap—and implement systematic corrective actions.
  • Reconciliation:
Partner with Finance and Production to reconcile raw materials, WIP, and finished goods counts against the General Ledger monthly.
  • Audit Management:
Design and oversee the cycle count strategy executed by the warehouse team to ensure process validity.
Warehouse Operations Alignment (High‑Level Oversight)
  • Operational Coordination:
Partner with the Warehouse Senior Lead to ensure that physical processes (receiving, staging, shipping) align with digital system requirements.
  • Process Optimization:
Analyze operational data to recommend process improvements that enhance system accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
  • Compliance & Safety:
Maintain high‑level oversight of facility compliance, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety policies, and HACCP guidelines.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
  • 3–5+ years of Net Suite ERP experience in a manufacturing or F&B environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of warehouse supervision or warehouse management experience.
  • Strong background in inventory management, production operations, or supply chain coordination.
  • Experience in Food manufacturing, including compliance and traceability.
Skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, BOMs, manufacturing workflows, and lot tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP reporting.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate warehouse personnel.
Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have)
  • Net Suite certifications (Administrator, Suite Foundation, ERP Consultant).
  • Experience with RF‑Smart, WMS, EDI, CRM, or 3PL integrations.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with HACCP or SQF systems.
