Job Description & Duties
The Teaching Assistant’s duties involve tutoring one‑on‑one sessions; facilitating small group sessions; correcting student homework, quizzes, and other class work; assisting in testing students; working with the teacher to assist with monitoring student progress; and tracking program completions, verifying school transcripts and assisting as registrar.
This position is currently being filled for a limited‑term 12 months; may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent.
Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position.

New candidates are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by annual testing/evaluation thereafter.
