CT Technologist​/Radiology

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel CT Technologist to join a high-performing radiology team in Monterey, CA. The ideal candidate is proficient in both CT and X-ray modalities, comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment, and adaptable to changing schedules. Under the direction of a Radiologist and the Director of Radiology, you will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures including routine radiography, OR with Fluoroscopy, portables, and CT scans.

• Perform diagnostic CT and X-ray procedures, including portables, OR, and fluoroscopy
• Demonstrate competence in CT Level II, including 3D/Volume Rendering (preferred)
• Operate imaging equipment accurately and safely
• Maintain patient comfort and care throughout procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Document procedures and complete all associated clerical tasks
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Wear required PPE; scrub color: neutral tones (black, blue, etc.)

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of CT and X-ray experience in an acute care setting
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Certifications & Licensure
  • AHA BLS (American Heart Association)
  • ARRT (Radiologic Technologist)
  • CRT (California Radiologic Technologist License)
  • Fluoroscopy Permit (California)
  • CT Certification
  • Venipuncture Certification
