• - Evaluate patients physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities.

• - Assess home, school, or workplace environments and suggest modifications to improve safety and accessibility.
• - Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, exercises, and home programs.
• - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and functional improvement.
• - Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
