Customer Service Rep, Event Manager / Planner
Overview
Are you a friendly and outgoing individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service? Join our team as a Greeter and be the welcoming face of our establishment. We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can greet guests with a smile, assist them with inquiries, and handle cashiering duties efficiently. As a Greeter, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for our guests.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and assisting guests with their needs
- Efficiently handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and lobby
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Offer suggestions and recommendations for nearby attractions, dining options, and activities
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving guest issues or concerns
- Uphold the hotel/resort's brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Read, write and speak English fluently
High energy and enthusiasm - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work either morning or afternoon.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
