This Operations Trainee program was developed to provide training for hotel management positions. The position will include exposure to the Operation departments of the hotel. The objective of this training program is to learn expectations, skills and exposure to management training for individuals seeking a career in hospitality.
The position may provide rotation and is a fantastic opportunity exposing the trainee to multiple functions of the hotel operations.
Support hotel operational functions through hands‑on training rotations across multiple departments, learning key responsibilities of hotel management roles, and developing skills to eventually lead operational teams.
Qualifications- Six months of relative industry work experience preferred
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
