The EWM/TM Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in resolving complex technical issues and ensuring the seamless operation of SAP systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced support for SAP modules, including ECC, EWM, TM, and WMS, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system challenges.

• Analyze system performance, identify root causes of technical issues, and implement effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for ECC, EWM, TM, and WMS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in SAP technology.

• 2+ years of SAP experience.
• An understanding of SAP architecture to address escalated issues.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP tools and processes, particularly in EWM, TM, and WMS.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC.
• Experience with system integration and configuration.
• Exposure to troubleshooting methodologies, performance optimization techniques, and system monitoring tools.
• A proven track record of resolving complex technical issues and implementing system improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship).
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite every week, Monday‑Friday, at one of the following client locations:
  San Joaquin, CA or New Cumberland, PA.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is $76,100—$176,200 USD
. Compensation varies depending on location, role, skill set, and experience.
