Sunayu, LLC has an exciting new opportunity to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). We are looking for professionals to help us manage and modernize the IT infrastructure that drives world‑class language instruction for the DLIFLC's diverse academic community.

The person in this position will serve as the lead of the Dev Ops Application Development/Sustainment Center of Operations, which includes the responsibilities of ensuring overall leadership of all Application Development/Sustainment within DLIFLC. This includes ensuring timely delivery and best Dev Ops practices, Agile Methodology, SDLC, and Release Management. The duties will include planning, installation, maintenance during or after‑work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all App Dev servers and applications.

• Must have experience leading teams.
• Must have experience with Dev Ops Methodologies, Git Lab, and Agile Methodologies.
• Must have experience with Amazon, Microsoft, or Google cloud services.
• Required Skills include .NET, JAVA, SQL, MySQL, VDX, IIS, HTML5, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, SharePoint, iOS Development/Sustainment, PhP, Word Press.
• Must have extensive experience in both application development/sustainment as well as operational support for large, highly scalable applications.
• Must have experience with using Microsoft Power Platforms such as Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.

  Certifications:
  
  BA/BS degree with a minimum of 5+ years experience.
• AA/AS degree with 7+ years experience.
• 9+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) certification and applicable CE/OS Certification.
