• What You’ll Do
• Architect, build, and scale core systems and infrastructure
• Make key decisions on technology stack, development practices, and product roadmap
• Collaborate directly with the founders on product strategy and execution
• Own end-to-end development of features from ideation to deployment
• Help build and grow the engineering team and culture
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize systems
• Qualifications
• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using open-source technologies and AI/ML frameworks. 4 years of software engineering experience (startup or high-growth environment preferred)
• Contribute to innovative projects involving data analytics, cloud platforms, and AI-driven solutions. Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
• Proficiency in Java, Java script, Perl, Python, Apache, github. Leverage AI/ML tools for efficient code development, AI/ML model training/validation, agentic solutions.
