IT- and office-support services for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract. The role administers, maintains, secures, and accredits the DLIFLC Academic Network which supports the IT environment for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in an unclassified learning environment.

• Duties include all Tier 2 responsibilities, advanced OS support, intermediate account support, advanced software support, intermediate hardware support, and deploying Mac, Windows, and iOS images to devices.

• BA/BS with minimum 5+ years of experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years of experience with any one of the following IAT Level II certifications:
  CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP, and CE/OS Certification.
• Windows or Apple Certified Mac Technician with familiarity with Ivanti Management Suite and Windows imaging.
• Secret Clearance.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $97,000. This range represents a general guideline. Final offers consider factors such as scope of responsibilities, candidate experience, education, skills, and market conditions. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses may be available in addition to base pay.
