Information Technology Support (ITS) Lead
Location:
Monterey, CA
Leads day-to-day IT support operations, ensuring responsive service delivery and operational stability across academic network systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage service desk and Tier 2/3 support activities
- Coordinate incident, problem, and change management
- Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
- Develop SOPs and knowledge base documentation
- 8+ years of IT operations/support experience
- Experience leading enterprise IT support teams
- ITIL certification preferred
* Position contingent on contract win.
