A California conservation organization is looking for a Conservation Easement Specialist to protect and manage natural landscapes in Monterey County. This role entails monitoring conservation easements, building relationships with landowners, and conducting field monitoring. Candidates should hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree and possess 2–3 years of experience in conservation or land management, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Expertise in GIS, particularly ArcGIS Pro, is also required.
