Barista

Join us as a Barista in Central Coast Provisions and showcase your skills in our vibrant, fast‑paced coffee shop. We are seeking a talented, customer‑focused individual who can provide exceptional service and craft delicious coffee beverages that leave our guests craving more.

As a Barista, you will prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, engage with customers, and maintain a clean and organized work area while following health and safety guidelines.

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more.
• Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on preferences.
• Create latte art and ensure each drink is beautifully presented.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including coffee machines and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure quality and freshness of coffee products.
• Upsell additional items such as pastries, snacks, or merchandise.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued.

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends is helpful.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Prior cash handling experience.
