• Maintaining a clean kitchen environment, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes, and prepping foods as needed.
• Setting up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Keeping floors clean and dry throughout the shift.
• Properly washing, stacking, and storing china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changing water in machines and sinks every two hours or as required, using chemical dilutions set by Eco Lab.
• Assisting in the timely storage of food deliveries.
• Maintaining trash cans and removing full trash at the end of each shift.
• Organizing the dry storage area and shelves.
• Following daily dish cleaning duties as posted.
• Assisting in food prep and other duties as requested by the chef.
