What You’ll DoOur Assistant Team Leader (Assistant Store Manager) is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on guest experience, visual presentation, and boutique operations. The ideal candidate has specialty retail experience and is a creative spirit who is ready to support our Boutique Team Leader (Store Manager) in creating an engaging environment for our guests and team members.
Guest Experience- Lead and support a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
- Drive sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities to improve metrics through sales floor leadership and continuous coaching on and off the sales floor.
- Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as the top priority.
- Assist the Boutique Team Leader in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining a high‑performing and diverse team.
- Assist in building bench strength for the boutique by preparing team members for the next level of responsibility.
- Establish open, candid, and trusting professional relationships with your team.
- Support and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.
- Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest by utilizing, leading, and delivering our visual brand standards.
- Problem‑solve; proactively, creatively, and often independently, driving new ideas and creating solutions to problems.

- Paid Parental Leave
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a specialty retail store
- Ability to motivate others and work together to deliver sales results
- Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, and perform repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
