Key Responsibilities
  • Customer

    Experience:

    Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service.
  • Sales & Performance:
    Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Participate in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals, adhering to store policies and procedures.
  • Additional duties and projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Proven retail experience with a record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Customer‑Centric:
    Passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Communication &

    Collaboration:

    Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Tech‑Savvy:
    Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Minimum Requirements
  • Weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights based on business needs.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays as required.
  • Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with company policies.
  • Clear spoken English for effective communication with customers.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English for business tasks and sales reports.
  • Must be at least 18 years old (individuals 16 years or older may be eligible for hire in certain locations).
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged standing (approximately 4–14 hours per day).
  • Stooping, kneeling, and reaching to stock merchandise.
  • Climbing ladders or ascending/descending stairs as needed.
  • Regular lifting of items weighing 5–25 lbs (weights may be higher in certain circumstances).
  • Good vision, including color differentiation.
  • Work environment is moderately noisy retail setting.
Compensation

Store Associate pay range: $16.50 – $17.00 per hour. Eligible for company 401K plan.
