• Lead Sales & Catering Managers and hourly Coordinators.
• Drive group, corporate, SMERFE, and catering revenue growth.
• Develop and execute strategic sales, marketing, and event plans.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.

• 5-7+ years of progressive hotel sales and catering leadership experience, including executive-level management.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and managing large budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Monterey Peninsula market a plus.

• Salary range: $150,000–$210,000/year
