Project Manager with Security Clearance – Integral Federal, Inc. Overview

The Project Manager supports the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network, which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level.

• Upholds, defends, coaches and mentors sound agile practices and values.
• Responsible for guiding the development/sustainment of an agile team into a self-organized, effective development/sustainment unit with a sustainable cadence.
• Duties include identifying, understanding, and documenting functional requirements and user stories.

• Educational requirements:
  
  BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience, or AA/AS with 7+ years experience, or 9+ years experience with Project Management.
• IAT Level II (CCNA Security, CSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) Certification.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) required.
• Knowledge and/or experience with Waterfall and Agile techniques:
  User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
• Experience with project planning and facilitating the complete life cycle of projects with competing availability, priorities, and multiple stakeholders.

$120,000 - $155,000 (general guideline; final offer based on scope, responsibilities, and candidate experience).
