Apex Pavers and Pools is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Warranty Technician to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our clients after project completion by diagnosing, documenting, and resolving warranty-related issues. The Warranty Technician will serve as the primary point of contact for post-construction concerns, ensuring our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained.

• Respond to warranty service requests promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose, repair, or schedule repairs for warranty-related issues on completed pool and paver projects.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments on-site, including pool equipment, plumbing, pavers, tile, and grout.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to complete warranty work as needed.
• Accurately document warranty issues, actions taken, and resolution timelines.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates, explanations, and excellent service throughout the warranty process.
• Maintain knowledge of Apex Pavers and Pools’ warranty terms and conditions.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure all warranty work meets company standards.
• Identify trends in warranty claims to support continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in pool construction, paver installation, or warranty service is preferred.
• Basic understanding of pool equipment, plumbing, and masonry repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
