TS​/SCI Cleared DSP Software Engineer

Monterey, CA | Hybrid | $140,000–$220,000 | U.S. Citizenship & Active TS/SCI Required

We are seeking a highly motivated DSP Software Engineer with an active TS/SCI clearance to join a small, elite team of engineers developing and implementing cutting-edge signal processing technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, R&D-driven environment, enjoys working across the full software development lifecycle, and wants their work to directly support national defense and intelligence missions.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems for signal processing applications

• Work across the software stack: architecture, development, testing, debugging, and deployment

• Collaborate closely with researchers, systems engineers, and classified project teams

• Support and evolve existing codebases with best practices in testing, version control, and defensive coding

• Apply or expand your knowledge in communications systems and statistical signal processing

• U.S. Citizen with active TS/SCI clearance (required)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (5+ years preferred)

• Strong proficiency in:
  C / C++, Python
  Linux development environments
  SQL, GUI tools
  Data structures, algorithms, and revision control (e.g., Git)
  Unit and regression testing

• Signal processing for communications systems

• Verilog/VHDL or familiarity with embedded DSP

• Experience supporting secure or classified software environments

• Work on real-world signal intelligence and defense systems
