Student Office Assistant, Teaching Leadership and Technology

Base pay range: $8.50/hr – $8.50/hr

Assist Information Services and Technology staff.

• Assist with requests for student identification cards
• Basic report writing requests to support departmental and institutional needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure report accuracy
• Perform testing for updates to various software solutions to identify issues and verify functionality
• Document testing results and communicate findings to the appropriate teams for resolution

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Ability to demonstrate a high level of dependability
• Ability to interact with students, faculty and staff in a positive and effective way
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive team‑player attitude with a desire to help patrons

• Computer Science or Data Analytics major
• Eligible for Work Study
