** CDL Ready Mix Concrete Driver

** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate ready-mix truck safely to deliver concrete to job sites.
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.
* Manage concrete slump adjustments and ensure proper mix during delivery.
* Maintain accurate delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch.
* Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements for ready-mix operations.
* Strong focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
* Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles in varied conditions.
* Effective communication and customer service skills.
* Dependable and detail-oriented in completing tasks and documentation.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
