A. Wheat & Sons, Inc. is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing support to ensure satisfaction with our HVAC and plumbing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding services, appointments, and billing
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely service delivery
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary to management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
- Provide information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services rendered
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the office team
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
