Description
Accounts Payable experience required.
Receives, verifies, and inputs all invoices presented for payment.
Qualifications
- Education
:
High School Degree or equivalent; some bookkeeping/accounting training after high school preferred. - Experience
: 1-2 years previous experience in Accounts Payable. - Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations
:
None - Equipment/Tools/Work Aids
:
Calculator, computer and related software, copier, telephone, and fax. - Specialized Skills
:
Proficiency with PCs, data entry, spreadsheet software. Excellent mathematical and bookkeeping skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions. Excellent customer service and telephone skills. - Physical Requirements
:
Normal office requirements, including handling various reports, notebooks, files, or payment checks. Occasional lifting of approximately 15-20 pounds. Manual dexterity and visual acuity for filing and proofing documents. Ability to sit for prolonged periods. Good verbal communication and hearing abilities. Must meet attendance requirements.
