Accountant, Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
• Perform general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and journal entries to maintain accurate financial records
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable laws
• Analyze cash flow, budget variances, and perform financial forecasting to aid strategic decision-making

• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong understanding of technical accounting principles including accrual accounting, double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and journal entries
• Ability to interpret complex financial reports and prepare detailed financial statements
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective mentoring skills with a collaborative approach to team development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools for data analysis and report generation
