Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant to join our remote team. As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will perform high-level administrative tasks supporting senior managers, including managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports.

The ideal candidate should be well-organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to act independently. You will contribute to our business efficiency by providing personalized and timely support to our executives.

Hours: Monday, Friday, Tuesday 2pm - 10pm EST;
Saturday, Sunday 10am - 7pm EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex schedules
  • Planning logistics and operations
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Supporting data entry, project completion, event planning, filing, correspondence, and mail handling
  • Organizing meetings from start to finish
  • Screening calls, preparing documents, bill payments, record keeping
  • Running errands as needed
  • Managing personal action items and follow-ups
  • Performing Chief of Staff level duties or project management as required
  • Handling procurement and logistics duties

  • Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (BPO experience preferred)
  • Excellent command of English
  • Discretion in handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Wired, high-speed internet connection (20

    Mbps+)

Physical Requirements

This role is largely sedentary, requiring sitting/standing for long periods, using a computer and office equipment, and occasional movement or lifting up to 40 pounds.
