Responsibilities

  • Manually enter data from source documents into internal systems or databases
  • Verify, review, and correct data for accuracy and completeness
  • Compare entered data against original documents to ensure consistency
  • Organize, update, and maintain digital and/or physical records
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information
  • Post payments to client accounts
Requirements
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CREDIT CHECK
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative work
  • Basic computer literacy (typing, email, spreadsheets, databases)
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with document management systems
  • Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
