We are looking for a team player who can provide exemplary customer service and perform well in a fast paced environment.

We are seeking Detail Specialist 1 (some experience) and Detail Specialist 2 (2+ years experience) to maintain the facilities of the store, provide high quality service, and perform vehicle detailing tasks.

The detailer will use manual dexterity and bodily coordination to perform an array of tasks, including washing the exterior of vehicles using various cleaning solutions, waxing and buffing, vacuuming interior, cleaning upholstery, and protecting surfaces with chemicals. Additional duties may include cleaning and removing grease on engines or engine compartments. The detailer may be required to use dyes, paints, and waxes for leather or fabric protection.

The role may also involve additional operational duties as assigned.

• This physically demanding position requires frequent movement: bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting in/out of vehicles repeatedly during the shift.
• Work may be outdoors and under varying climate conditions.
• Moves numerous vehicles daily.
• Uses safe, OSHA approved cleaners.
• Frequent flexing of spine, hands, wrists, fingers; occasional pushing/pulling/lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must maintain clear vision and hearing.
• Must inspect own work and that of teammates.
• Must demonstrate urgency and adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• A valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Desire to treat each customer's vehicle with great care and respect.
• Willingness to come to work on time and stay on task during shift.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual shift vehicles.
• Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to report to work on time and stay on task during shift.
