We are looking for a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-volume Service Department. If you're an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to build customer relationships, sell service, and keep customers coming back,

If you have strong customer service skills and automotive operational knowledge, but haven't worked as a Service Advisor before,
we'd love to hear from you.

• Greet customers and identify their vehicle's repair and maintenance needs
• Recommend appropriate vehicle repairs and maintenance
• Communicate vehicle's service costs and timelines
• Write accurate service orders and cost estimates
• Coordinate service with technicians and keep customers updated
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure a great delivery experience
• Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business
• Work as a team to meet department goals and provide exceptional customer service

• Service Advisor experience is preferred — but not required.
• Enjoys working with people
• Automotive operational knowledge or a strong interest in the automotive industry
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is motivated by performance and earning potential
• Can thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Is dependable and takes pride in their work
• Can stand for extended periods
• Is comfortable occasionally being exposed to outside temperatures (most work is performed under a roof)
