We’re seeking a Project Lead to act as the on‑site coordinator and supervisor for multiple crews working on voice and data installation projects. This role ensures job completion according to quality and safety standards while maintaining team efficiency and supporting project timelines.
What You’ll Do- Oversee and coordinate several Crew Leads on major structured cabling projects
- Ensure adherence to company and customer safety and quality guidelines
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and provide performance feedback
- Coordinate with Project Manager to maintain productivity and budget compliance
- Complete all required project documentation accurately and on time
- Perform quality checks, coordinate moves, and prepare red‑lined as‑built drawings
- Serve as the main on‑site customer contact and attend construction meetings
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed
- Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical/construction field
- At least 6 months of supervisory or managerial experience
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project documents
- Fiber termination experience and knowledge of QC standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project)
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with ISP projects and structured cabling
- Familiarity with rack and stack, punch downs, and troubleshooting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montgomery, AL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
