Position OverviewMCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are looking for call center representatives to support the "Get out the vote" effort, making outbound calls on behalf of the Republican party to encourage voting in the 2020 presidential election. Candidates should be comfortable calling on behalf of the Republican party, possess excellent communication skills, be willing to learn, and highly reliable.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to encourage voting
- Communicate effectively with voters
- Follow scripts and procedures accurately
- Document interactions properly
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection (20
Mbps+) - Basic computer skills
