CSR- In office Sales Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our insurance agents by providing professional, courteous service to internal and external customers. The role is full‑time and involves a variety of tasks, from processing payments to assisting with marketing initiatives.

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answers questions regarding customer policies
• Accepts payments and processes transactions
• Identifies potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Participates in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed
• Maintains a neat and clean work area and office
• Handles FNOLs (vehicle inspections) and takes vehicle pictures (requires squatting, bending, flexing)
• Completes bank run deposits
• Other duties as assigned

• Computer literate; desired skills range from basic to intermediate
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to provide a first‑rate experience for customers
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

• High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience is helpful
