Neonatology Physician

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Board-Certified Neonatologists to join their Level III NICU team in Montgomery, Alabama on a per diem basis. This is an excellent opportunity to practice with a collaborative, well-supported team while enjoying true schedule flexibility and meaningful impact.

You ll join a group of 4 Neonatologists covering two established NICUs located within 15 minutes of each other:

Baptist Medical Center East

• Level III NICU (28 beds)

• 24/7 NNP coverage

• Most active delivery service in Montgomery

• MFM support via telemedicine

Baptist Medical Center South

• Level III NICU (40 beds)

• 24/7 NNP coverage

• Regional Perinatal Center with high transfer volume

• Call is taken from offsite

• No shift minimums required

• Ideal for Neonatologists wanting to supplement monthly income with a few shifts

• Board Certified in Neonatology

• Minimum 1 year post-fellowship clinical experience

• Recent Neonatology experience within the last 12 months

• Cannot accept those not clinically active within the past year

• CV in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained

• Alabama license or IMLC eligibility
