• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.

• Full‑time work:

• Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post‑acute care setting:
  Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long‑Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part‑time role: minimum 3 days per week; full‑time role: 4‑5 days per week.
• Mobile practice: visits facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.
• Visits 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day.
• Clinical documentation at point of care, in real‑time during clinical rounds, using our proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
• Paid training during onboarding plus 6 months wound care fellowship.
