** Jefferson Einstein Montgomery is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join its growing FM team located at 212 N Main St, Suite 300, North Wales, PA.
** The North Wales Family Medicine practice is located 30 miles northwest of downtown Philadelphia, and less than 15 minutes from Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital.

**** In this role you will be responsible for:
*** Treating 2-3 patients per hour, all ages
* Collaborate with a team of 4 providers
* Managing/performing:
Chronic health conditions/physicals/some telehealth visits
* Call: 1:5 - Weekend hours 8a-12p

* Qualifications:

*** MD/DO degree or equivalent
* Board certified in Family Medicine
* Have or obtain PA license
