Full-time | 37.5 hours/week | Monday–Friday during the school year (10 months)

We provide outpatient and community-based behavioral health services for individuals of all ages. đź§ About the School-Based Therapist RoleThe School-Based Therapist will collaborate with teachers, school district staff, and parents to deliver tailored support, individual therapy, and group counseling to students in need within the contracted school district.

- Provide school-based individual or group therapy sessions to identified students.
- Crisis counseling for students as needed.
- Make referrals for appropriate supportive services.
- Provide professional development and consultation to school staff.
- Possibility to participate in the Extended School Year program.
- Maintain all required documentation.
- Master’s degree from an accredited program in human services, psychology, counseling, education, or related field.
- Official transcript must reflect completed practicum.
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility and professionalism in a school-based environment.
- Subject to the requirements of the Child Protective Services Law.
