• Design, develop, and revise online courses using digital resources and the Canvas LMS
• Provide support and training to faculty in developing online courses using industry-standard authoring tools
• Monitor and respond to cases initiated by the Canvas 24/7 support team
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to create engaging online learning activities
• Develop technical documentation for online course development and support students with success coaching

• Master s degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of five years of instructional design experience
• Proficiency with the Canvas learning management system
• Familiarity with streaming audio and video, compression methods, and file formats
• Working knowledge of instructional design theory and best practices

• Expertise with authoring tools and media production hardware and applications
• Demonstrated aptitude for team-based project management
• Knowledge of best practices in accessible course design
