The primary purpose of this position is to serve a section chief on the commander's support staff to plan, direct, organize, and exercise control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Program Coordinator Section.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Program Coordinator Section ensuring that the organization compiles with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Serves as the point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues.
Assists in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements. Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office / organization.
