Key Responsibilities

Performs intermediate testing activities supporting engineering development, validation, and troubleshooting efforts. Works with increasing independence to operate testing equipment, evaluate test results, and assist engineering teams in resolving product performance issues.

Key Deliverables of the Position

Conduct moderately complex tests on components, systems, and equipment using established testing procedures.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain testing equipment and instrumentation.

Analyze test results and provide technical feedback to engineering teams.

Troubleshoot product or equipment issues identified during testing activities.

Document testing procedures, results, and observations in technical reports.

Support engineers in refining testing processes and procedures.

Provide guidance to entry-level technicians on testing equipment and practices.

Requirements

Education and Experience

Technical school, associate degree, or skilled trades accreditation in electronics, engineering technology, or related discipline
2–4 years of testing or engineering support experience
Solid working knowledge of electronic systems, instrumentation, and testing procedures
Works under general supervision

Technical Competencies

Electronic and electrical testing techniques

Test equipment operation and calibration

Technical troubleshooting and problem identification

Engineering test documentation and reporting

Collaboration with engineering and development teams

Proficient Computer Skills
